Privacy Policy
Akunting does not collect your data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, no server, and no tracking.
What we collect
Nothing. Akunting has no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and makes no network requests. We (the developer) have no ability to see, receive, or access your financial data or any personal information.
Where your data lives
All of your company, account, and journal data is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. It is included in your device's normal encrypted backups (iCloud / Finder) under Apple's control and privacy terms — Akunting itself does not upload anything.
Exports and backups
When you export (CSV or PDF) or create a backup, Akunting writes files only to a location you choose through the system file picker. Those files are yours. Sharing them with an accountant, spreadsheet, or cloud drive is entirely under your control; Akunting is not involved in and does not receive those transfers.
Purchases
Akunting is free and offers nothing for sale. If paid plans are introduced in a future version, purchases will be handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we will not receive or store your payment details. This policy will be updated before any such feature ships.
Children's privacy
Akunting is a general business tool rated 4+. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices ever change (for example, if optional sync is added), we will update this policy and the in-app link before the change ships.
